Job Description:
We are looking for a talented Full Stack Engineer to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the backend and front-end of our compliance platform. You’ll work closely with product managers and designers to deliver new features and enhancements. Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs.
- Develop and enhance frontend components using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Continuously optimize the platform’s performance and user experience.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and improve application performance.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficient in React, Node.js, Express, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first team environment.
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
