Now we’re looking for a data-driven, creative, and highly motivated Growth Specialist to help us scale fast and smart.
Responsibilities:
Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (SEO, email, ads, social, affiliate, etc.)
Set up and manage viral loops, waitlists, and referral programs
Identify and test growth hacks to acquire, retain, and convert users
Collaborate with product, design, and engineering to improve user journeys
Monitor analytics, report on KPIs, and adjust tactics based on performance
Assist with launches on Product Hunt, Reddit, IndieHackers, and SaaS directories
Drive partnerships with influencers, agencies, or complementary tools
Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years in a growth, digital marketing, or performance marketing role (SaaS preferred)
Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Zapier, Webflow, ConvertKit, or similar
Familiarity with startup growth strategies (SEO, outbound, landing page testing, etc.)
Strong communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills
A self-starter mindset with curiosity and a bias for action
Bonus: Experience marketing AI tools, compliance solutions, or SaaS products
